We are fully insured with a specialized pet sitter liability policy, covering the three areas of trustee, facility management, and product liability. Of course, we take every possible precaution to ensure that insurance is never needed during our service, as we are committed to giving your pet the best care with the greatest attention to detail.

We handle your personal information (such as address, name, email, etc.) with the utmost care and in compliance with privacy laws. We take full responsibility for any keys entrusted to us. Upon each visit, we issue a key receipt and take great care with your keys. We ensure they are securely stored in a locked facility within our business premises. We are diligent about confirming door locks and ensuring the utmost security for your home and your pet.
